This policy explains what information Spinergy collects, how it is used, and how you can contact us with privacy questions.
Spinergy collects account information such as your name, email address, phone number, and store profile details. We also store the laundromat information you enter, including machines, maintenance records, deposits, expenses, repair notes, vendor contacts, and layout data used to set up your workspace.
We use this information to run the Spinergy app, save your store records, show maintenance reminders, and help you troubleshoot machine problems. We may also use limited data to improve the app and keep it secure.
Spinergy stores your account and store data in secure cloud systems with password protection and access controls. We keep your records so you can look back at machine history, repairs, and expenses over time.
Spinergy uses service providers to host the application, store files, and support secure sign-in. We do not sell your store data. Vendor and technician details you save in Spinergy remain part of your store workspace and are shown only to authorized users with access to that store.
